Meet Claudia the Austrian pastry chef
I’m Claudia, an Austrian pastry chef with 20 years of experience, passionate about making authentic Viennese baking accessible to home bakers worldwide. I trained in Vienna’s historic cafés and five-star hotels, mastering the secrets of Austria’s most beloved desserts.
Baking isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion and part of my life. My husband and I love the Austrian Alps so much that we even got married on the Hochkönig mountain in Salzburg during a breathtaking winter wedding surrounded by snow. Now, we call Austin, Texas home, where I share my love for traditional Austrian baking through live online classes and recorded classes.
